What is the Built For Life program?

  • A monthly, non-diet, strength based training program.

  • Up to 4 assigned workouts each week (3 strength, 1 conditioning).

  • Week to week accountability via check-ins and form coaching within the online training app.

The Built For Life Program was made so you do not have to go on this journey alone.

No longer do you have to stress or second guess what you are going to do for your workout . This program lays out a challenging yet fun strength based routine that is flexible to your schedule and equipment access.

The Built For Life program creates a foundations that builds on itself increasing your strength, conditioning, mobility, flexibility, and so much more. The week is broken into three(3) full body strength workouts and one (1) full body conditioning workouts. All workouts average about 40 minutes. You will need access to a set of light dumbbells, medium/heavy dumbbells, mini bands, and a bench/bench like substitute.

The program is accessed through an online mobile training app where you will find your entire workout along with video demonstrations and explanations for each exercise. After the application process and sign ups for the program, I will onboard you into the training app platform.

You will have access to me all within the online training app and via e-mail to answer all questions. Your filmed exercises and movements can be uploaded to the app for form feedback from yours truly. The training app also allows you to record the weights, sets, or any notes you want to save for future workouts. I will check in weekly to keep you accountable and assess your progress.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month. At the beginning of each month, your workouts will be uploaded to the app.

FAQ’s

Is this program a weight loss program? No. There is no diet talk. no weigh ins. No before/afters. My hope is reframe the relationship we have with exercise and our bodies. No quick fixes here.

How long does this program last? This will be an on-going program. Enrollment closes Saturday Oct 9th, program begins Oct 11th. At the beginning of each month you will be billed automatically and have access to the workouts while in the program. Every three months I will open up enrollment for new members. You can cancel at anytime.

I have never used an online training app, how does it work? Once you sign up for Built For Life Program I will onboard you to the online training app (TrueCoach). You will download the app and create a login. TrueCoach will house all the workouts and communication for the Built for Life Program.

What equipment do I need? You will need a set of light AND heavy/medium dumbbells. Mini Bands and a bench/bench like substitute.
